Apply to be a Pollinator Habitat Teen Ambassador


We would like to invite you to represent Indiana as a Pollinator Habitat (PH) Teen Ambassador. Please apply for this leadership opportunity before May 17, 2019.

Purpose:
The purpose of PH Teen Ambassadors is to promote and educate the importance of pollinator species and the development of pollinator habitats to communities throughout the State of Indiana.

Requirements

  • Participate in a day-long workshop to receive training by experts in the field
  • Attend and assist at a Pollinator Habitat Planting Event
  • Lead activities to reach at least 50 youth (grades 3-7) at identified events
  • Lead an activity at a minimum of 2 events within the program's time frame 
Time Frame: 
May 2019 through December 2019.

  • Learn more about conservation as it relates to the importance of pollinators and their habitats
