2018 Entomology Results

The area 10 4-H/FFA Entomology Judging Contest was held on Dec. 5 in Goshen, IN. In order to participate in the State Judging contest held at Purdue University, 4-H/FFA members are required to attend area judging. The two top teams in the Junior Division and six top teams in the senior division may move on to the state contest.  One additional way to qualify for the state contest is to have your individual score be one of the top five in your division.

This year Argos had 2 Junior teams taking part in the area contest. Argos Dragonflies Black (Cory Hill, June Clark and Tristan Hutchison) placed 1st at area and Argos Dragonflies Gold (Kyndra Thayer, Makenzie Smith and Marisa Kline) placed 3rd. The Dragonflies Senior team (Lilly Pask, Annie Hill, Taylor Watkins) placed 2nd at area.  Annie Hill placed 2nd and Lilly Pask placed 3rd high individual.
